Coach Rich, Toronto born-and-raised, started his journey DJing IsoCuts livestreams during COVID so people could dance from their homes while clubs were closed down.
When venues started opening up, he got one of his first gigs at the iconic Bassline Music Bar. Since then, he’s played at places like NOMAD, The Drake Hotel, Bar Dem, Tapestry, Shanti Baba, and many other local venues.
Drawing his sounds from the underground, he plays deep tech, minimal, tech house, Afro house, melodic techno, progressive house, and more. He’s a bit of a mad scientist, and likes to break genre barriers and perhaps show you something you didn’t know you’d like.
